H1 Healthcare is seeking experienced and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team. We offer ongoing, stable work with consistent minimum 2- 8-hour shifts and the opportunity to build a genuine, long-term connection with a participant. You’ll provide person-centered support including personal care, manual handling, medication assistance, daily living support, meal preparation, community access, and appointments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience supporting participants with complex care needs
• Confident with personal care, manual handling, and medication assistance
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Passionate about providing quality, person-centered care

Essential Requirements:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• National Police Check
• First Aid & CPR
• Working With Children Check
• Full Driver’s License & reliable vehicle (preferred)
